Abrasive Water Jet Coal Seam Cutting and Unloading Device is a new type of coal seam drilling and cutting integrated pressure unloading and penetration enhancement equipment developed by Boan Technology to address the technical challenges of high gas and low permeability prominent coal seam areas with high gas extraction difficulty and small effective influence range of a single hole, which can be used for rapid anti-desiccation stone gate uncovering, drilling holes to pre-extract gas from the strip of coal roadway (area), and drilling holes along the seam to pre-extract the gas from the face, and other operations.
The abrasive water jet type coal seam cutter pressure relief device consists of crawler water pump truck, crawler hydraulic drilling rig, high-pressure jet safety control device, high-pressure sealing water braid, high-pressure sealing drilling rods, water-controlled anti-suction jet controller, high-pressure jet nozzle, high-pressure hose, etc. The device can be used to complete the drilling work in one go. The use of this equipment can complete the drilling operation at one time, effectively saving the time of single-hole drilling; the equipment has an automatic pressure relief protection function, which can be used under both atmospheric pressure and high-pressure water conditions, making the operation safer and more reliable; it is equipped with automatic mixing of high and low pressure and high and low-pressure isolation protection function, which ensures that the high and low-pressure systems do not affect each other.
The product uses water jet cutting to form all kinds of slots, holes and other artificial spaces in the drilling holes, and then utilizes the rheological effect of the coal body to increase the effective radius of the drilling holes to 3~10 times. It can simultaneously solve the two problems of "gas" and "geostress" that cause the mine gas power disaster, and realize the effect of overall transferring and unloading of geostress, so as to ensure the safety, high efficiency, and even extraction of coal mine gas, and change the coal seam with high gas protruding danger to low gas and no protruding danger. The coal seam will be changed from high gas prominent dangerous coal seam to low gas prominent dangerous coal seam without protruding dangerous coal seam.
